We thought we would write just expressing our heartfelt thanks for all the help and support you have given us.
We came across Centre Sense by complete chance and are so glad we did. Our son has been diagnosed with autism and a rare genetic condition, He has difficulty with sensory processing, learning and social skills.
We have tried many things and nothing seemed to make a beneficial impact. Having found Centre Sense and reading the information on the website, we decided to give it a go. We are so glad we did, the benefits to my son have been immeasurable.
After his first few sessions and to our absolute amazement there were noticeable changes in him, such as holding a spoon to feed himself, holding a paintbrush, suddenly he seemed to have much more language and by the end of 10 days he was more confident, he engaged better, his learning improved and sleeping was a whole lot better, he now has a good sleep routine. Bliss.
The real measure of change in him came from the school, when he went back to school after the Easter break, by the end of the second week at school his teacher informed us that he was doing so much better at school, his learning had improved. He was also awarded a certificate for Star of the Week for phonics.
We cannot thank you enough, or find the right words to express our gratitude to you for the way you supported him and made the whole experience so pleasant almost effortless, we came with no expectations and at the end of 10 days his development is moving in the right direction.
We would have no hesitation of recommending it to all parents like us who feel so alone and helpless, no matter what we did and tried nothing seemed to make a difference so glad we took a punt and believed in the process.
Thanking you kindly,
I know an incredible woman who has set up her own business to help those who are struggling with any number of issues, including ADHD and Autism.
If I hadn't have seen children and adults alike coming into her practice at the start of their 10 days therapy and leaving more coherent and happy I wouldn't have believed it.
I have attended the Centre Senses Therapies for the last 10 days and experienced this programme for myself. My therapy was much more focussed on behaviours similar to ADHD (I am not diagnosed as such) and depression.
Over the last two months I have barely left the sofa. I have felt really low and the last two weeks I have been uplifted and motivated.
I don't know how it works but I am extremely grateful that it does.
If you know anyone who could possibly want or need Rebecca's help I urge you to check out her website www.centresenses.co.uk and check out how she may be able to help.
She is warm and understanding. She is not a counsellor or medically trained however she is an expert in her field.
I will be grateful to her forever for giving me a kickstart back into life.

I’m writing to you to thank you once again for your hard work and kindness and the amazing, life-changing effect your therapy had on my 5 year old son.
He is a very energetic child with extreme mood swings and tantrums without any apparent reason. He was also recently diagnosed with the LDL speech disorder which contributes to his bad behaviour.
He struggles to fully express himself and is often misunderstood, causing him a great lot of frustration.
He had the light and sound therapy in Centre Senses in July 2023 and those 10 days were life changing.
My son became much calmer, he listen to us more carefully and was willing to do what was asked of him.
He started to speak better and had more patience to explain verbally what his needs were.
He seemed much happier and relaxed and all our relatives and friends noticed the difference.
In times the effects were perhaps less noticeable but for sure the overall change was incredible.
I would whole heartedly recommend this treatment to everybody, it was really really worth it!
Thank you, Rebecca!
A few weeks before the school holidays I dreaded what was to come as my 8 year old daughter was screaming, hitting and kicking whenever she was frustrated, which was becoming a great deal of the day. We had to walk on eggshells around her for hours after these episodes in case it "set her off again", we had also recently received a Senco report advising she had high sensory issues which didn't come as a surprise and had been hindering her ability educationally.
After the first session at Centre Senses we noticed her shouting episodes reduced quite quickly that night and after the second day her sleeping hours increased from her actually wanting to go to sleep earlier. She then was waking up happier, was singing, laughing, joking and more willing to cooperate with us, which hadn't happened in such a long time.
She actively sought out games to play with us each night whereas before she would want to watch tv/tablet and ignore us.
She now voluntarily holds my hand when we go for a walk (didn't like anything touching her before), her balance seems to have improved with less tripping.
Since we have finished our 10 days with Centre Senses she has continued to improve her behaviour and I have also noticed unexpected things like she is willing to try new foods/experiences without screaming "no" before even trying it, her numbers have mostly been the correct way and not back to front as they were before, she is helping without being asked to or doing things upon the first time of asking, she has been catching up on her most hated school subject with very little fuss each night in preparation for September.
Even one of her teachers had noticed she had started to make friends outside of her one or two friends and was willing to try new games which was unheard of with her before as well as happily running into school unaided instead of being escorted by a teacher because she refused to go in.
Rebecca was so patient and completely understood my daughter from the first time we met and as such could intuitively adapt each session for maximum effective results. We all felt we were in a safe and welcoming environment the moment we stepped through the door.
My daughter has said she feels much calmer, happier and is glad she can go to sleep more quickly and not lay in bed bored because she couldn't sleep.
As a parent the sessions have given me a greater understanding and appreciation of the difficulties my daughter has been coping with and thus giving me more patience and a feeling of being in control of helping her navigate situations so they don't escalate. My husband was extremely sceptical about this process but even he agrees it has made a substantial difference to our lives being able to go out without worrying how she will react if there is a change of plans beyond our control.
We are now very excited as to what the future holds for her and her new attitude to life, learning and more. We can't thank Rebecca enough for helping my daughter find this.
My response
Thank you so much for taking the step onto the positive journey our therapies may lead to. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you and your kind, funny, creative and expressive daughter. I hope we continue to see benefits as your journey continues.

Centre Senses
This is a testimonial/ review recently written and sent to us from an adult client after attending Centre Senses for 10 days.
I initially contacted Centre Senses because I had difficulty processing information that was given to me, trouble sleeping and fatigue, and anxiety around social interactions.
Rebecca was so understanding and caring and worked to get to know the real me and the issues that I was experiencing.
She knows what she is talking about and talked me through the treatments. I was a little nervous at first, due to my other health conditions but she allowed me to go at my own pace whilst also pushing me to the next level when appropriate.
The treatments were easy and once you get used to them, nothing to worry about!
Even after my first few sessions I was noticing improved sleep and less anxiety about speaking to people in a social setting. I also noticed that I was beginning to focus better when someone was speaking and didn’t feel the confusion I had before.
Now, a month since my treatments, this has continued and I also feel like I have more energy throughout the day and am managing to do more, which is amazing. I can’t wait to see how I feel after a few more months!
Thank you Rebecca for your help and support. I would definitely recommend Centre Senses if you have any behavioural or sensory need that you would like to get help with.
My response
Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your experiance.
You were very open and honest with me about your difficulties which helped me individualise your programme - I am so pleased (but not surprised) you have had great results. I am so very pleased in particular about the situations you have shared with me regarding your new abilities to speak out in meetings, reduced anxiety and ability to retain information in a social setting.
Please keep in touch, let's work together to help the positive changes continue, go and enjoy your new sense of liberation from social anxiety and rep the rewards of better auditory processing.

Centre Senses
This is a testimonial/ review recently written and sent to us from a parent after attending Centre Senses for 10 days.
I had tried so many parenting and support approaches for my 7 year old son who diagnosed with ASD & ADHD.
His mood swings, aggression (fight rather than flight) were triggered constantly at school and out and about, it was so stressful for the whole family and the school who had no option but to exclude him 3 times within 6 months. We were advised the next step would be to look at specialist education settings.
After undertaking 10 days of AIT & LWS therapy and continuing with home exercises his moods significantly stabilised almost straight away. The triggers from sensory issues ie sounds, movements, lights, people greatly reduced.
He returned to his school, attending classrooms and joining in activities on a daily basis. He is accessing education, he is catching up and making good progress. It is amazing how far he’s come.
We continue to see improvement in his ability to tolerate sounds, noise and other distractions in many different situations.
We have just returned from a couple of days as a family in London visiting the science museum and a west end show. These activities would have been so far out of his comfort zone and initiated meltdowns a year ago were now enjoyed by all - without even the use of ear defenders!
Thank you so much, the treatments have improved the quality of my son's life and in return has helped me and our whole family so very much.
My response
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiance. It was great to spend the time working together through the therapies. Please keep in touch, let's work together to help the positive changes continue.
Already looking forwards to hopefully seeing further benefits from your second therapy sessions - already booked for next year!

Centre Senses
This is a testimonial/ review recently written and sent to us from a parent after attending Centre Senses for 10 days.
Our 8-year-old daughter became a shadow of her former self in year 3.
Whilst always sensitive, her anxiety escalated to such a high, that every school day of year 3 put her into such a heightened state of panic – she would heave, complain of feeling ill, cry, scream and her anger was becoming a daily battle. She was in a constant state of fight or flight. All she wanted was to be home, where she feels safe. She withdrew from almost all elements of life – even seeing people she knew and loved like extended family became overwhelming. We are almost certain that she presents with several ASD traits, as we have another child who is diagnosed so we have experience of this. Daily life was becoming such a challenge. School had been very supportive although when in school, she masked her feelings, then came home and all emotions blew, almost every day.
My anxiety rose in desperation too – fearing doing normal things like a supermarket trip, a visit to family – anything that wasn’t at home presented a challenge and our world began to feel rather small, just to keep her calm and settled.
I knew Rebecca as fellow school mum. On occasions we would chat at the gates about both having a neuro diverse child. She was always interested in how my son was getting on and always showed care and kindness as well as often lending an ear to chat through current challenges. When Centre Senses became a reality and the business launched, I knew Rebecca would lead the venture with the same approach she had always offered; patience, care, understanding, willingness to help and now with the backing of professional training, I was interested in finding out more, particularly with the time of her launch and our desperate need for support with our daughter. We went into the therapy with an open mind – our objective was simply to support our daughter.
Rebecca delivers a very professional yet empathetic service. She has the ability and experience to get on a level with the child – she is engaging, patient and makes the sessions playful whilst meeting the objective of the therapy. We had the sound and light therapy for our daughter. I was worried that 2 sessions, every day for 10 days would be difficult – both logistically and how this would impact on our 8-year-old. Some days, she didn’t want to attend – again Rebecca was patient, encouraging and fun and we achieved all sessions. She was also very flexible.
Some initial observations, after only 2 sessions included an increase in appetite and confidence. She seemed happier and calmer. Several days in, she accepted that we needed to go to the supermarket and joined me. I didn’t want to make a thing of it – later when home, she mentioned an alarm that had gone off in store (I had heard it too but not commented) – she said it didn’t sound a loud as normal which was another tick.
Since the therapy, we have been on holiday, eaten out and re-introduced some visits to family. Overall we can see an improvement in her acceptance of doing these things and visiting new places. We have heard many more giggles which we hadn’t for some time – wonderful!
Her sensitivity to loud noises and sounds has shown some improvement. She seems better qualified to handle the school assemblies but will still wear her ear defenders when needed. The transition into year 4 has been a lot calmer for her, and us.
We didn’t expect any miracle cures but can say with confidence that our daughter has grown her confidence, her resilience and overall seems a happier child. And that for us is the main thing. The treatment delivered by Rebecca is non-invasive, personal, and tailor-made and we are extremely thankful to have invested in it.
My response
Thank you so much for having the faith to bring your daughter to Centre Senses.
I'm so pleased to hear how you have been able to start 'getting out there' again and how your daughters confidence and resilience has had such a positive growth. I have seen the transformation at the start of the school day - what a lovely smile!
Let's keep talking (and laughing) our kids deserve to be free of anxiety and confident to step into whatever life may hold.... one step at a time!
Keep on practicing the exercises..... they are designed to further help.
I'm looking forward to watching your daughters confidence grow and your family life outside the home expand even more.
Happy adventuring :-)

This is a testimonial/ review recently written and sent to us from an adult after attending Centre Senses for 10 days.
Thank you so much for bringing Auditory Integration & Light therapy to Stratford.
The last two weeks have proved invaluable in so many ways.
I are looking forward to bedding in the new pathways over the coming months.
Having felt pretty worn down by the challenges in time management, focus, poor sleep and different 'wiring' we are ready to adopt new approaches with a more positive mindset.
Thank you especially for your kindness and flexibility over the last two weeks and for reflecting back to us what we are achieving under sometimes tricky circumstances.
My response
Thank you so much for attending our therapies at Centre Senses!
I am so very pleased to see how your focus and mindset is now working with you to help achieve your goals. Your better quality of sleep will be so important on your journey to achieving your goals.
I look forward to keeping in touch with you to hear your journeys' outcomes - you are an amazing person in your own right as well as a wonderful wife, mother and daughter!
Go for your goals!

Centre Senses
This is a testimonial/ review recently written and sent to us from a parent after attending Centre Senses for 10 days.
Our 5 year old son is a very emotional child that used to have many tantrums, very often over what we would think, was a minor thing. They were lasting for a very long time, with him crying, screaming, throwing toys etc. There was no talking to him or calming him down and he would never try to express what is the problem or how he feels.
Our son also has speech & language difficulties - he started speaking quite late, didn't build proper sentences and didn’t pronounce words/sounds correctly. This caused even more problems with his behaviour, as he was often misunderstood and frustrated. At school he is quite lonely and unfortunately bullied quite a lot due to the fact that other children simply don’t have enough patience to try to fully understand him.
Since he started his treatment with Rebecca at Centre Senses, there was a huge improvement in both his speech and behaviour:
Starting on our 3rd day, our son became much calmer and stopped having tantrums - almost completely. In fact in the 2 months since he finished his 10 day course, he has a ‘proper’ tantrum 3 times - before he would have one almost every day.
He also became much happier and patient himself and what was very important for us, he started speaking more clearly, using proper sentences to communicate. He is also much happier to repeat something that we didn’t understand.
He is now trying to explain how he feels and what exactly happened instead of starting to immediately scream. And even if he is upset or becomes naughty, he tries to ‘correct himself’ very quickly.
I can’t fully explain how much this therapy changed our family life. We are all calmer, happier and just relieved.
Rebecca quite literally has changed our lives and saved us from spiralling out of control.
I would whole-heartedly recommend this therapy to every single struggling Parent. I didn’t quite believe that only 10 days can make such a huge difference…but it REALLY DID!
Thank you Rebecca, you are an amazing, passionate and very professional person.
We will be truly forever grateful!
My response
Thank you so much for reaching out and attending Centre Senses!
I had a wonderful time getting to know you, your son and your wider family such a friendly bunch of individuals.
Your sons progress has been really satisfying to watch and be part of. His speech is much clearer and I was so happy to hear by the end of 10 days how other family members ie grandparents could start to understand and engage in conversations with him and the clarity is still growing.
I look forward to seeing his journey ahead, restart the phonics and keep up with the movement exercises.... just a couple more key pieces of a jigsaw to help with his journey.
I would love to hear how he gets on, please keep in touch.
