All our prescribed therapies and treatment protocols are directly supervised by a practitioner who has the relevant qualifications and has fully completed the required external and internal training.

Center Senses operates a strict appointment only system.  You can, of course, call or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival will result in shortened appointment time.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment as this may compromise the privacy and confidentiality of the client before you. 

You, the customer, are responsible to pay for the treatment in full.  You also consent when accepting these terms & conditions, the release and distribution of information from your record held at this clinic to pursue non payment of treatment, to the relevant authorities.  Authorities include court officials, police, lawyers, and financial institutions this clinic has business with.

We understand that, from time to time, the unexpected crops up, however we appreciate a 48 hour notice of cancellation of appointment. You can cancel your appointment any time up to 48 hours prior to the appointment by calling us on 07989685942 or sending an email to info@centresenses.co.uk

We aim to be flexible where possible though in general any rearrangements and cancellations made outside of the 48 hour appointment window, or in the event of non-attendance, the appointment fee will not be refundable.

Our business hours are subject to change without notice but can be found on the website.

Unless absolutely necessary, it is kindly asked that mobile phones are turned off or set to silent mode during your appointment.

It is normal practice to request a photograph of you before treatment for your medical records.  These are never shared or used in promotional activities without your consent and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.  Video and photography during treatments and consultations by clients or visitors is not permitted without prior written consent of Centre Senses. 

Information and guidance will be provided prior to commencement of any therapy, it is your responsibility to ensure you have read and understood the information.  Your signature on the consent form also confirms you have read and understood the information.

If you have any queries or concerns regarding your programme or therapies, please contact us via email or telephone. Although we are occasionally able to offer out of hours services for exceptional cases, appointments outside office hours are not routine and will require agreement.  

Following assessments, we aim to have both assessment reports and final reports completed within 7 days. Any reports will be emailed to yourself as the customer.

We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to any of Centre Senses services. We have a long term goal of building a community with and around us for all our customer needs. We would very much like to keep in touch with you in the future to hear of  the long term benefits you may have experienced and to understand some of our past and future customers' potential need for support. 

Center Senses reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on Centre Senses Website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
